Returns & Exchanges

If you feel the need to return your sandals, we will gladly make it happen. We will accept returns of our merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Client.  The date of receipt shall be considered the date that the Client accepts the shipment.

Just follow the simple steps below if your purchase does not meet your expectations:

  1. The sandals must be returned unworn (in the condition in which you received them) in their original Salt Water Sandals box.  Please do not dispose of any of the original packing materials or invoices.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU DISPOSE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR INNER PACKING MATERIAL.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a Return Authorization Number, which should be included on the return shipping documentation.  This Return Authorization Number will be valid for 5 business days, during which time the product must be received by us. 
  3. A copy of the invoice must be in the return package. Sandals will be refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable taxes. Return will be credited back to the original tender type.
  4. If you do not have the invoice, please provide us with your name, address, approximate date of purchase and credit card number so we can credit your account. If you have the original email confirmation, please forward this to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The price refunded will be the lowest selling price within the last 60 days, plus applicable taxes.
  5. All return shipping costs for returned sandals are at your expense. Please do not put labels, addresses etc. on the shoebox itself, otherwise the shoebox will become unusable.
  6. For your protection, returns must be shipped via a traceable method (ie: Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS, Fedex, etc.). Salt Water Sandals Canada cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse.
  7. Please ensure you select the "signature required upon delivery" option, as we will not be responsible for shipments that are lost because they are not signed for upon delivery.
